18. The year of maturity. But not only. Will Monti mess it up?

Italy needs growth. In order to creare an outlet for it, Monti's government need to weakening the Clause 18. It's not very clear, to tell You the truth.
Italy needs to be more strong, this is out of doubt, and, until this country will be a "republic founded on work" (Clause 1 of the Italian Constitution) , this will be true if the workers will have a more sure workplace, not weak.

There are no slackers in Italy, whose work (or for which the dismissal) could increase our GDP.
In Italy, besides, there are managers who have unwarranted privilege, that have made career without efforts and merits but with wages "of fear".

There are banks, besides, who know they are protectedwhatever they do. Why not remove these protections? Greece doesn't teach nothing?
This story will end, hopefully, in the Italian style, that is to say, with much fanfare but with no radical change For once "changing for change nothing" is the right thing.  I have too much confidence in the government to think otherwise.
Let off steam on workers is easy, and self-defeating as well. It's not the year of maturity for Italy, yet. But I hope I'm wrong. Mario Monti maybe messed up a little, but I hope he didn't mess it up.
This moment is the high-stakes medal round for Italy.
